Vertical Mill Application

 Principle of Vertical Mill

The grinding disc is driven by a motor through the reducer. The material falls onto the center of its horizontal rotating grinding disc that is driven by a motor, The force drives and crushes it upward on roller balls forged inside. The fine powder is entrained in the hot air from the nozzle and carried to a high-efficiency classifier (7). Finished powders are discharged though a discharge aperture, while large particles of the power post described above return to their grinding mill.
